Many talented students never apply for scholarships, internships, conferences, or leadership programs and not because they lack potential, but because they lack access to information, mentorship, and networks. Growing up, I noticed that opportunities often reach those who already know where to look. For many students, especially those from underserved backgrounds, the biggest barrier is not ability - it is access. This is the problem I want to solve through NextStep💜 So far, I have developed the concept of a platform that connects students with opportunities, mentors, ambassadors, workshops, and career guidance. The idea is simple: those who receive support Today can become mentors for the next generation Tomorrow My internship in the Growth Department at one of the fast-growing startups showed me that growth isn’t limited to a product. It’s about the community you build, namely a project that will serve as a comprehensive career support system for students, not only in International Relations but also in other social sciences. For me, this is a chance to grow. Speaking on behalf of the School of Social Sciences. As Sam Altman once said “The only motivation that works in the long run is enjoying what you do and sincerely believing that it really matters.”🧑🏻💻💜
