Hi there! Today I completed the analysis of the first PaceUp surveys. A total of 57 people participated in the research: • 43 athletes and students • 14 tournament organizers from schools and universities. The results confirmed what I initially assumed. Sports competitions are still managed through fragmented tools, while athletes have no single place to keep their verified achievements. More importantly, over 90% of respondents said they would use a unified platform for organizing competitions and tracking sports records. For me, this is more than just a statistic: it confirms that the problem is real and worth solving. The research phase doesn't end here, but today was an important milestone. The insights gathered from these surveys will now shape the first MVP of PaceUp. More importantly, today wasn't about proving my idea right, it was about replacing assumptions with evidence.
