Back in March, I had the opportunity to participate in the KIMEP Leadership Competition, where I proudly won 3rd place. The competition consisted of two stages. The first stage was an Individual Case-Based Analytical Assessment that included English and Mathematics tests. I was determined to do my best, and my hard work paid off — I achieved a perfect score of 20 out of 20, earning 1st place among all participants and advancing to the next round. The following day, the second stage took place. Participants were divided into teams and challenged to develop and present a solution to a given task. Working with my teammates was both exciting and inspiring. We shared ideas, combined our strengths, and prepared our presentation with great enthusiasm. After presenting our project to the judges, we eagerly waited for the results. In the end, our team was awarded 3rd place. Although the competition was challenging, it was an unforgettable experience that taught me the value of leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, and confidence. I am grateful for this achievement and for the opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge myself alongside talented students.🤗 I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Saya Zhaxylyk for organizing the Case Championship and providing students with such an incredible opportunity to challenge themselves, develop their leadership skills, and gain valuable experience. Events like this inspire young people to grow, think critically, and believe in their potential. 🫶🏻🤍
