I noticed that many students are unsure about which career to choose and often make decisions without enough guidance. This can lead to years spent on the wrong path. I made a survey among juniors and 9th graders, with a total of 62 participants. 66% of them expressed uncertainty about their future career choices and dont have a clear understanding of their professional path yet. Most also reported that they lack any external or internal motivation that would encourage them to take active steps toward developing and preparing for their future goals. To help solve this problem, I created HorizonSpark AI, an AI career mentor that provides personalized consultations based on a student’s achievements, interests, personality, and goals. It helps young people make informed decisions early, potentially saving 5–8 years and supporting the development of future professionals.
