Study ML Papers and Build Early ChatGPT-2 Models

I will study 30 machine learning papers by Ilya Sutskever to deepen my understanding of foundational ML concepts. Using Andrej Karpathy's tutorials, I will implement my own versions of early ChatGPT-2 models. Success means completing the study and building functional models that demonstrate key capabilities of these architectures.
