I would like to share my experience of participating in in republic competition “21st Century Leader”, which was also featured on the local Khabar channel. I would like to share my experience of participating in the “21st Century Leader” competition, which was also featured on the local Khabar channel. This experience played an important role in my personal and academic development. It allowed me to step into an environment surrounded by motivated and active students, which encouraged me to grow, adapt, and challenge myself. I found new friends from different parts of the country, like-minded people who are opened to new experiences and we are still in touch with each other. Before this, I already had experience in academic competitions. I participated in the Republic and International Olympiads, and the main difference was that the selection was strong and there were a lot of questions from different fields. This turned out to be a very cool feature and opportunities to increase erudition and development in general. The preparation process significantly strengthened my knowledge across multiple disciplines. The competition included a wide range of questions from STEM subjects to languages,literature and all history, which required not only memorization but also critical thinking and the ability to connect different areas of knowledge, which was such a good period when me and my friends in my region who passed the selection prepared together all the time. Beyond academic growth, this experience also helped me develop confidence and resilience. The support of my classmates, teachers, and parents behind the scenes was essential in giving me the motivation to show up and perform at my best. Overall, this competition was not only an achievement but also a meaningful step in increasing my erudition and knowledge horizon as a student who is eager to continue learning and taking on new challenges.
