Since graduation, I have worked in international development with organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank. My work focuses on gender equality, international partnerships, and strategic communication, with a strong regional focus on Central Asia. I am currently based in Austria, where I connect Austrian company with Central Asian governments on infrastructure projects. At the same time, I continue to support gender equality research initiatives in the region.

Information Session: New Opportunities for KAEF Laureate Grant Candidates Dear Candidates, Thank you for participating in the KAEF selection process. While you were not selected to move on to the next stage, we would like to share new opportunities to continue your journey on Agartu Space. 📌 Why you should join By attending, you will learn about three paths to keep moving toward your education goals: Crowdfunding (this month) — Continue developing your project on Agartu Space: publish posts about your progress and achievements, and engage with other members of the community. This month, we introduce the ability to receive donations directly on the platform, allowing people to discover your project and support it financially. If you raise enough funds, you may be able to cover your own tuition and become a KAEF student. Donor Matching — We regularly invite donors to explore projects on the platform. By sharing updates on your progress, achievements, and milestones, you increase the chances of being noticed by someone who shares your vision and is willing to sponsor your education. Funding opportunities are available regardless of whether you are currently a KIMEP student or plan to study elsewhere. Project Exhibition (this fall) — This fall, we will host an offline exhibition featuring the top 20 most promising projects on the platform. The event will bring together mentors and partners looking to support talented students. In a single day, you will have the opportunity to secure partial or full funding for your education at KIMEP or another university.
