Three months ago Soyle overheated in 8 minutes. Here is where it is now. The overheating issue is fixed. I switched to a lighter processor that can run real-time speech recognition continuously without performance drops. Battery life went from 10 minutes to 90. The text is now readable in daylight. Speech recognition delay is under 2 seconds. I tested it at a local medical center with 5 users. The biggest lesson was simple — the font was too small. People couldn’t read fast enough in real conversation. I made it bigger, reduced the lag, tested again. Much better. The goal by end of summer is simple. Leave a unit with a user for a full week without me being around. That’s when I’ll know it’s ready. #Soyle #BuildInPublic #AssistiveTech #Kazakhstan #Agartu #KAEF
