Nazarbayev Intellectual School graduate, debater, and National Trainer of the Y-PEER Network with a strong interest in international relations and public policy. Through years of participating in debates and social development, I became increasingly interested in how governments communicate with citizens and how public trust can be strengthened through transparency and accessibility of information. As I pursue my academic and professional interests in international relations, I aim to explore the intersection of technology and civic participation. This inspired me to develop an AI-powered civic platform designed to make government information, public spending, and development projects more understandable and accessible to citizens. Beyond technology, I am passionate about empowering young people to engage in public affairs, contribute to meaningful dialogue, and become active participants in shaping more transparent and accountable societies across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
